Drop your Income report (โอนเงินสำเร็จ) or order export (.xlsx) together with Shopee tax invoices (TIV) and SPX Express receipts (RCT). The page works out which orders each invoice was billed for. The Income report is more reliable: it includes orders placed before its start date, and it shows the shipping actually charged.
Uploads are saved for your team, and the original invoice PDFs are kept. Draft documents are then created in Odoo. Not affiliated with Shopee.
Customer invoices for paid-out Shopee orders (found by Customer Reference), and vendor bills for each Shopee and SPX document. Everything is created as a draft for checking in Odoo.
Shopee issues one fee invoice and one SPX shipping receipt per day. They cover the orders paid out (completed) on the invoice date. Fees in the reports include 7% VAT. The TIV shows them before VAT, so the page divides by 1.07 before comparing.
SPX receipts (SPB) follow Shopee's rule: shipping Shopee paid in your name minus the shipping Shopee covers. A refunded order still counts, even though the buyer paid no shipping. SPX return receipts (SPR) are matched against return shipping (ค่าจัดส่งสินค้าคืน). If both reports are added, the Income report's figures are used.
Matched: orders completed on the invoice date add up exactly. Probable / Ambiguous: same-day totals were off, but a combination of orders from the 7 days before adds up (one combination, or several). No match: nothing adds up. The export may not include those orders, so export a wider date range.
